Arcturian Delegation Preparations
Preparations for the Arrival of the Arcturians to Earth
Rane and I have been immersed in stabilizing my Consciousness in a 5th-density frequency of Earth. This is in preparation for the arrival of a delegation from Arcturus, a task that requires utmost precision and care. Rane created a time-cell or reality bubble for his home in 5th-density since this is the frequency he originally existed in when he came to Earth a long time ago. In our recent meeting at his home, I could move around independently of his assistance. We had a discussion in one of his open lounging areas. During this meeting, he also worked with me to design my ‘Avatar body’ and its appearance for the Arcturian meeting.
This event will be a formal meeting with a small gathering of 5th-density interdimensional Beings established on Earth or with outposts or small time-cell reality bubbles on Earth. There are few 5th-density time-cells on Earth. The retreats our religions or spiritual teachings often refer to are either in the astral-purgatory realm or 4th-density.
Interestingly, the only established large community of 5th-density on Earth are the Lyran-Snow Elves. They arrived on Earth with a 4th and 5th-density Avatar Consciousness community under the rulership of a 6th-density Star Being. Their communities, however, at this point in Earth’s evolution, are not available for visitation by any other interdimensional groups.
I was shocked, however, when I learned that a small group of Snow Elves from their ascended 5th-density realm would attend the Arcturian meeting. Rane told me that Denith, the High Lady and her personal Secretary, and the biggest shock ‘Yishierra’ (my Higher Self ), would be in attendance.
I was overcome with confusion when he told me this. While I could imagine the possibility of seeing, but not directly interacting, with a 5th-density Snow Elf, I was absolutely positive I would never be in the presence of Yishierra in any ‘Avatar body.’ I was told that she could not know anything about me after I transferred most of my Higher Consciousness into their reality bubble because of my human-contaminated Avatar.
Rane explained that I would attend under my ‘Initiate Name,’ Lady Hummingbird. He said that Yishierra and I would not interact during the gathering, but we would be able to see each other. My human name would certainly trigger her. But while she may see me in the audience, perhaps discover my Initiate Name, whatever feeling she might have would not trigger her to make assumptions regarding any ancestral link.
A strong wall was built between our two Consciousness’ a while ago when Yishierra had some bleed-through of limited thoughts connected to me. I cannot access her memories or Consciousness without the bridge of Denith, Valtros, or the Star Being I call Manwë.
I was also told that two Tibetan Monks who have achieved 5th-density Consciousness and Avatar bodies would be in attendance, as would two 5th-density Venusians. Representatives from the eagle Aquila constellation connected to the alpha star Altair will also be present. Rane said the final number of attendants is still being developed.
Next, Rane and I walked out onto a balcony through one of the arches of his lounging space. From this location, I could see structures of plants, flowers, water, and clouds, as mentioned in the above article link. However, most of the area where we stood was covered in white clouds.
Rane told me that these were not clouds as I knew them; they were foundational thoughtforms he had created using the core programs of our Intelligent Thoughtform Reality. He reached out, drew in a medium-sized cloud form, and moved it into an open space in the lounge area.
Then he said, “We will craft my appearance for the meeting from this foundational substance, a mixture of the basic building blocks of my reality bubble or time-cell.” Currently, my 5th-density Avatar is a less dense representation of my human Avatar in her ‘working attire.’ For this situation, I will need to have a more formal appearance.
He felt I should stay genuine to Earth’s fashion as all attendants would represent their home world and status. He suggested I structure my body by wearing a formal ballgown with a headpiece like a tiara instead of a plain straight gown with a belt of geometrical jewels like I did when we encountered the Draconian Reptilians.
I stepped inside the cloud formation, and the elements began interacting with my Avatar. Rane told me to use my imagination to create an idea of a ballgown, and together, we would create it. The dress or gown was a satin antique gold color with beautiful intricate layers of design down my arms and covering parts of my dress. These intricate design layers were vibrationally matched to the headpiece.
Once this was completed, we discussed my hair. He proposed building a headpiece that would circle the top and back of my head, where the pineal gland ‘energy system’ would be strongest.
This time, the tiara and the piece around the back did not have geometrical jewels embedded. Instead, Rane worked to create a beautiful gold filigree with an intricate weaving design, which was vibrationally matched to the weaving on the gown. All of this weaving was thoughtforms that would stabilize my Consciousness at this very high 5th-density level.
Meeting with the Arcturians required the highest frequency of 5th-density, similar to the purity of the Lyran-Earth Snow Elves. Rane’s 5th-density retreat is generally a little lower in 5th-density frequency. This makes it easier for high 4th-density Beings to come and go from his retreat; the expansion of Consciousness is easier to access and maintain.
The delegation of Arcturians who will be arriving are Beings, who issue 5th-density SEALS on Avatar bodies. I have written and done videos about ‘seals’ and how no one can create a permanent Avatar for experiencing the 5th-density realm of Intelligent Thoughtform Reality without first passing through the ‘gatekeeper’ of 5th-density Arcturus to get a SEAL of purity on their Divine Blueprint Avatar.
The only way to achieve a potential ‘seal’ of purity on Earth is to have undergone a Baptism by Fire from The Christ to awaken and transform their lower Consciousness. My initiation by Fire happened when I was seven years old. This Baptism by Fire makes it possible for Consciousness to achieve the ‘Avatar seal’ of Christ’s lineage at the proper time, located in the Arcturus system where Christ and all other Star Being’s seals are held. Others from Earth will receive a ‘seal’ once their Consciousness enters Arcturus.
So, my entire ‘Avatar appearance’ for this meeting will be the greatest challenge I have ever been through, but I have a lot of help. I am still bewildered at the fact that I am even going, but “The Master” of the Inner Earth Academy and perhaps even the Snow Elves must have their reasons.
